  I live in London and love Thai food. I have been to many top restaurants but this has to be the worst in mainly the service. The place is beautifully decorated and feels like a modern trendy place in London.The food we had was pretty average. We were there on a friends reunion on Sat night. It clearly showed they were out of their depth with their service. We werent offered any drinks till 45 min after being seated and only when we got the attention of a waitress. Once the drinks arrived our wine bottle was left with a corkscrew - were we supposed to open this ourselves? My friend went to complain and the maitre de was rude and the manager unsympathetic. He poured our white wine without asking to taste it first and left it without putting it in a ice bucket. It took forever to get a jug of water which was ordered at the same time. One of our starters that eventually arrived was wrong and they got one of our main dishes completely mixed up so we cancelled it. Also contradicted information from 3 different members of staff for a vegetarian option...so who do we trust here? No money off the bill to compensate and manager behaved unprofessionally. He asked us to pay or leave which we felt as weve eaten to pay most of it. Shortly after rang my friend and threatened to call the police, so she decide to go back and pay the rest. My friends an I have never been so humiliated. I will never be going here again and will not be recommending it to anyone, it ruined our night out!! Very disappointed.
