this guy is a rip-off do not go anywhere near him he will charge you £80 for annual warranty if you have an alarm fitted only for them to replace your PIR batteries nothing else on your system is covered which you can quite easily do yourself Ive just had a run-in with him asking him to remove a door contact to replace my door and he wishes to charge me £80 to call out remove the door contact and to reinstall I asked him for the admin user codes which he blatantly refused a question to his warranty and he was very adamant that his price for £80 for any warranty for the PIR batteries in your property is suffice last year my bail battery went and that was not covered when I questioned him he went back and said that the bell battery is exclusive of your warranty not inclusive I will not be renewing my warranty with this guy he is a total and utter nonce. His name is Dipak stay away you have been warned
